Landlord safety checks are required by Law. Our Landlord Safety Checks will help to ensure all gas equipment supplied is safely installed and maintained. 

As part of this check you will  receive;

-  a  check of each gas appliance and flue installed in the property,

-  a fully itemised and signed copy of the completed checklist,

-  where needed recommendations.

After a fully comprehensive inspection and test using the latest diagnostic equipment as a certified gas safe engineer, any faults found will be explained along with the necessary solution to complete your repair.
